What happened to the Pennsburg location?
Our Pennsburg location closed at the end of December 2024. All inventory was moved to our Phoenixville location in January of 2025, pending the opening of our new location.
Where can I pick up a dress that I purchased in Pennsburg?
Any dresses that were purchased and stored at the Pennsburg location prior to the move are now safely stored and available for pick-up at our Phoenixville location. Please contact us if you have any specific questions about a garment that you purchased prior to the move.
Do I need an appointment to come in and look at the gowns?
Yes. Appointments are required so that you can have a personalized experience with one of our bridal fashion consultants.
Gown Price Range?
We range from $1,500 - $5,500 (price may vary).
What are the Pampered Appointments?
A Pampered Wedding Gown Looking is only available at our Phoenixville location. The bride, along with 5 to 8 other guests, enjoy a private session with our experienced bridal consultant, lasting one and a half hours. The bride and guests will have access to light refreshments during the appointment. There is a booking charge of $125 for these appointments. If the bride says yes during the appointment, $100 will go towards the price of the dress.
How far in advance should I schedule and how long will it take for my gown to come in?
You should start looking for your wedding gown about 10 months to a year before your wedding. This gives you plenty of time to get your gown in and have alterations done. Wedding gowns typically take 6-8 months to come in to our store. Bridesmaids gowns typically come in 4-6 months, and Mothers dresses in 5-6 months. However, if one of our companies has hanging stock of your gown, we are able to expedite the shipping. You are also welcome to purchase a gowns off the floor if the size and color suits your needs.
How Many people can I bring with me to my bridal looking?
We recommend that you don’t bring more than 4 people with you since space can be limited. If you are interested in bringing more than 4 guests, we suggest you book a special “Pamper Me Appointment”.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AT MY WEDDING GOWN LOOKING APPOINTMENT? HOW LONG IS THE APPOINTMENT?
Wedding gown looking appointments are scheduled for an hour to an hour and a half. We are excited to welcome you and make you feel right at home! Please bring any images or style numbers you might have found of gowns that you like. It is best to come in with an open mind and try on different silhouettes to see what fit you like best for your body shape. Then we can narrow the search down to find your dream gown and pop the bubbly!
I purchased my wedding gown! Now what?
One of our sales associates will call you when your gown arrives at the store. You can then make an appointment for pick-up, and we will make recommendations from our list of seamstresses to help with your alterations.
Do i need alterations?
Yes. All dresses need some form of alteration when they arrive for fitting. We have a list of reputable seamstresses that we will suggest for you, per your prefrence.
Is there Parking?
Yes! There is street parking and a lot behind the store.
